The most spacious room with balcony overlooking the village
This is the main bedroom and it is the biggest one in the house with a balcony overlooking the village. In 1840 you can imagine the importance of this balcony to the master of the house. He would have been able to watch everything that went on in the village!
Tea, coffee, sandwich …
You can use our “little kitchen” to make a cup of tea or coffee or prepare a sandwich. Why not take a snack into the garden?
There is also a big fridge where you can store your picnic and freeze the ice packs for your cool box. You may cook here a simple evening meal as well, but do not forget to visit the restaurants in the area where you can dine excellently. We will be delighted to advise you.

The Secrets of our breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room between 08.00 and 10.00 hrs with the sun streaming through the big windows which open onto the terrace overlooking the garden.
Home-made jams made from wild berries or fruits grown in the garden, honey from our bees, hot toasted bread with honey, (a real treat!), baguette, croissants or chocolate breads from the bakery, creamy fresh butter; coffee, tea, chocolate….all of the highest quality.

The Jam
You can taste ten different kinds of jam, homemade from fresh fruits from our garden and wild berries collected in the countryside. They are cooked often with natural brown sugar.
The Bee
A bee at work: an important ally for us in the garden. She fertilises our fruit trees and produces an excellent honey.
